I had an excellent experience service at this dealership. The service advisor, Curtis was on top of everything in updating the status like parts arrival, car readiness, rental cars availability, etc. I don't remember when the last time I got this type of service was. I appreciate their professionalism. I will return in the future for services if needed. Thank you Santa Monica Toyota and please keep doing the excellent work!

Courteous and prompt service. This dealership gets it right. While the prices can be higher, there are often sales that make things affordable. Representatives are quick to assist, and there is a pleasant waiting room with amenities like coffee, restroom etc. They will call you an Uber for free to go home if you are within 5 miles of location. As always, question any recommendations.

In & out - ease, friendly effecient, a nice lounge I could work in. Close to home, in by 7am out before 9am. Friendly & helpful service representative (Nayo). Took care of everything on schedule service and another item I needed.
